My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
Back to it today. Have prepared lots of fruits for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack. Who’d have thought that only a couple of years ago I wouldn’t touch any kind of fruit and now have 7 different varieties packed for the day. I did put 4Lbs on over the weekend. Hardly surprising but I’m confident that will shift quickly.

Current Emotion:
Excited.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has healthy food prepped for the working week ahead.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
My mindset around fruits and vegetables has completely turned around and for the better of my overall, and long term health.

I feel:
Excited to be back to healthy food and exercise.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) (mind) reading and exploring new things to learn.
3) (soul) outside in the fresh air.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Considering you spent a long time telling yourself you didn’t like any kinds of fruits, making yourself eat one, for 30 days at a time, then deciding if you really don’t like it, was a great experiment and has opened opportunities to be healthy and get all the nutritional value you need to help you stay strong and fit in later years.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Remarkably, I did drink just over 2L of water yesterday, and got into my cardio load zone, even if I didn’t exceed it.
