Drifting

My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
Short working week this week as I’ve taken Thursday off so I can help with the Ringing Course. Today is my usual day for lots of meetings but it being the Easter holidays, I wonder how many people will turn up or cancel.  I just wish people would tell you they’re not going to attend so your not left wondering.

Current Emotion
Drifting.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
has to make her own work up.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m being left to drift at work because I may be leaving next February and it saves anyone having to find me anything to do. I’ve said so many times that I’m not fully occcopied but it seems to fall on deaf ears. I think I’m a problem too difficult to solve and too expensive to get rid of.

I feel:
Wasted. I have skills that can be used but no-one seems to want to make use of them, and would rather struggle, or pay external talent.

I do:
1) (body) workout before learners practice.
2) (mind) reading and exploring new things to learn.
3) (soul) keep calm and carry on.

Future Self Pep Talk:
You’ve been clever at saving and putting cash away into a private pension so you can retire early and enjoy the rest of your life with ease. That allowed you to spend more time with family, and doing things you wanted to.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Managed 3L of water yesterday. It helped clear some of the weekend additional weight. Keep going.
