Bored

My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
Last working day for this week. Not a particularly busy one ahead. I know one meeting won’t happen today but the other person didn’t bother cancelling it.

Current Emotion
Bored.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
can make herself useful even when there’s not much to do.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Even after only a 3 day week I’m ready for the weekend, for something to do.

I feel:
Ready to log off.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast, and full workout.
2) (mind) mentally prepare for the Ringing course.
3) (soul) not get worried about a work environment that doesn’t make use of me.

Future Self Pep Talk:
You made your position perfectly clear about lack of work to keep you fully occupied. If they didn’t listen, that’s on them. You created opportunities for yourself to do the best you could.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
2.3L of water. Over 1000 calorie deficit. Lower body dumbbell burn using 7.5kgs throughout. Lost 2lbs overnight. Almost back to what I was before last weekend.
