Jittery

My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
Didn’t sleep particularly well last night for some reason. Feeling a bit jittery this morning. It’s the first day of the Ringing Course but I shouldn’t be nervous about that. I’m not a Tutor or a student, and no longer organise it. I just need to turn up and ring.

Current Emotion
Jittery.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
will ease into the day, be supportive to those teaching and learning and do what I can to help.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Today will be interesting. Everyone getting used to each other and settling into the rythmm of the Course.

I feel:
It could be fun.

I do:
1) (body) Lots and lots of ringing.
2) (mind) make sure I know the methods we’ll be practicing.
3) (soul) Being charming, friendly, supportive and helpful.

Future Self Pep Talk:
You used to organise this Course. It was always great fun, despite the hard work and worries nothing ever went wrong. Organising is your key strength. Everyone knows that.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Just made 2L of water yesterday but did have half a bottle of wine too! 30 min dumbbell barre workout really did work the legs, glutes and shoulders despite only using 1.5 kgs.
