Cheerful

My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
Ready for the last day of the course. Students have been doing well. Helpers have been worked hard. It was a lovely, warm, sunny day yesterday and we sat outside the café for lunch. I had a light goats cheese and beetroot salad that tasted so clean and was a joy to eat. Was pretty tired by the time we got home, and we didn’t even stay for the social.

Current Emotion
Cheerful.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
can enjoy her time, no matter what she does, or who is there.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Next week is Holy Week, meaning there’ll be no ringing all week. Full workouts every day on the cards. Can’t wait.

I feel:
I’ve really relaxed into the course this year. I’ve not stressed over its organisation (I used to organise it), or about people who usually trigger me.

I do:
1) (body) Lots and lots of ringing. Again.
2) (mind) enjoy the last day and celebrate the students progresses.
3) (soul) relax into the last day and think about the week ahead.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Having learned to master your emotions around events and certain people has really helped you relax and enjoy things more, resulting in people wanting to be around you more.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
One of the students felt they weren’t making much progress yesterday and was ready to throw the towel in and not come today, but between us, C and I managed to convince her to come and make use of the support from the group. She left yesterday in a much better state of mind, and ready to return today.
