My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.
Current Thought:
Roped in. Yesterday someone asked C and I if we were available to ring a quarter peal this afternoon. Technically we were but I’d already planned my afternoon of food prep and a workout. However, we can’t really say no if it means they won’t be able to ring at all. So that puts my workout on hold. Hey ho!

Monday will be a fresh start, but from a better starting place and determination

1) (body) indoor steps and more bellringing.
2) (mind) keeping right in a quarter peal attempt.
3) (soul) chores, food prep and getting ready for the week ahead.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Every time you have a day off plan it’s not the end of the world. When you get back on it, you’re starting from a better starting position and therefore still making incremental steps forward.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Although I’ve been off plan and without workouts, I haven’t actually put that much on, give it a day or two back on it, I’ll be back to where I was, then everything kicks in again.
