Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.
Current Thought:
This week is going to be fun. Without the spectre of having to go ringing several nights, or at the weekend, I get to spend my evenings doing what I want to instead. I thoroughly loved my day yesterday. Quiet at the office, only one meeting. Spent some time researching juicing recipes and have ordered a book. Did a 30 minute full body blast and pushed myself to a higher level. Did full body pushups without any real problems at all! Enjoyed a light, nutrient packed evening meal, then relaxed catching up on some SOSI classes and watching tv.

3) (soul) bring eating and exercise together.
Future Self Pep Talk:
By being willing to learn about your body and its responses to different foods has given you knowledge to look after yourself. You inspired others to get fit and healthy too.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
My sister, who I converted to Body Coach, posted that I’d inspired her to up her game. She’d been playing at it for a while and not really sticking to it, finding excuses, but was determined to get back to it.
