Delighted

My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
Wondering what I’ll be able to achieve today. Another day of not seeing or speaking to anyone at work. I have one task to do then I’m done for the day, if not the week. Yesterday, at least I had a couple of meetings and some follow ups to do. I spent some time yesterday reviewing a youtube channel all about juicing, how to, the benefits, etc. Very interesting, and something I’m going to do more frequently alongside the Body Coach app plan.

Current Emotion
Delighted.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is drinking nearly 3L of water most days easily.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
it’s easy to think of it as one before lunch, one before dinner and one in the evening.

I feel:
Excited to be back in the 12st bracket after the ringing course, and how much further juicing is going to help me.

I do:
1) (body) Lunchtime walk and podcast, and evening workout.
2) (mind) start a new book.
3) (soul) plan healthy breakfasts, lunches and snacks for next week.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Keeping on top of good food and exercise, and plenty of water has built a strong body, carrying you into the latter seasons of life with vitality and energy.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
30 mins bodyweight HIIT session, did every move except the last set of burpees and burpee sprawls. Stronger, fitter, leaner, healthier.
