My 30 Day Goal is
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.
Current Thought:
Final office day before a long weekend Easter break. Not much happening. One coaching meeting and one short update meeting. Yesterday I had a couple of short meetings and spent the rest of the day learning more about the benefits of juicing and also did some reading. I struggled a bit with my workout. A 30 min dumbbell session. I got my 7.5kgs out but could only manage with 5kgs. I didn’t even attempt the burpees, swapping them for running a the spot. Slept heavy last night. Bit stiff this morning.

Drinking more than 2L of water a day has become the norm and is easy when I’m at work or home. Need to factor it in for days out.
I feel:
A bit sluggish at the moment but know I’ll pick up.
I do:
1) (body) Lunchtime walk and podcast, and evening workout.
2) (mind) prepare for a long weekend off work.
3) (soul) Look forward to spending the day with R tomorrow.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
I bought one of Jason Vale’s juicing recipe books and had a look through. I’ve decided to start from the beginning and work my way through each recipe each week. I’ll have a juice or blend for breakfast, Body Coach lunch and snacks, and Pinch of Nom dinners.
