Current Thought:
Stood my ground yesterday. On Saturday, C is going peal ringing at Bishops Stortford. I was looking forward to the afternoon to myself. I had workouts planned, and some admin to do. I get a message from him asking if I would be willing to ring as someone may have to drop out last minute. I don’t particularly want to ring for many reasons. Firstly, I wasn’t asked in the original band, so I wasn’t required, even when someone much less capable had been asked to ring. Second, I had my afternoon plans all figured out, doing what I wanted to do. Thirdly, I don’t believe it will be successful anyway because some of the band are not very strong at the method. I told C that I would only ring as a very last resort if they had exhausted all other options. I’m hoping the person won’t drop out anyway, then it won’t be an issue. On the up side, we’re off to see R today and spend the day with her at RHS Wisley.

3L of water yesterday, and a 25min kettlebell workout, using my 10kgs. Dropped 3lbs this week.
