My 30 Day Goal is
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.
Current Thought:
Barely drank any water yesterday. Had 2 coffees, 2 mint teas, a large glass of Merlot, and about 500ml of water throughout the day. Had a lovely day with R though. Watching her do her photography thing and get excited about the colours and shapes of flowers and trees. We chatted about all sorts of things: books we’re reading, places she’d been, embroidery workshops she’d attended. I made pretty good food choices considering, a feta salad for lunch and a steak for dinner. Was a lovely day all round.

I still don’t know if I’m required to ring this afternoon. I’m hoping the longer it takes to get a decision, it means I won’t be needed. However, if I do have to ring, I’ll try to be graceful about it, rather than bitter and disappointed I don’t get to do the things I wanted to do.
I feel:
Strong willed. Either way, whatever the day has in store for me, I’ll be strong and determined about it.
I do:
1) (body) I’d either be ringing for several hours, or working out hard.
2) (mind) I will manage my mind if I do have to ring and not complain to others about it.
3) (soul) Whatever I do, I’ll do it gracefully and to the best of my ability.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Adopting a magnetic code that includes having the power to rewrite my story at any moment has given me the ability to adjust to claims on my time and preferences with ease and grace.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Walked over 7.3 miles (16,691 steps) yesterday without feeling tired, or legs or hips aching.
