My 30 Day Goal is
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.
Current Thought:
Got a message at around 9am yesterday to say I wasn’t needed to ring after all. The relief was physical. It meant I could do everything I’d planned for myself. I realise that may sound selfish, I would have rung if absolutely necessary, but when I’d set myself some personal goals and standards for my day, I was reluctant to see them disappear for the sake of pleasing others. In the end I had a lovely day to myself and felt so much better for it.

Once I set a goal or target, I can manifest it and see it through.

Ready for another day of exercise and healthy food.
I do:
1) (body) Indoor steps, ringing and workouts.
2) (mind) Read and explore.
3) (soul) Prepare healthy foods for the week ahead.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Strong willed did not equal belligerence. Sticking to your own plans and goals did not make you selfish.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Just over 2L of water, speed walking around town that registered as a run, and two full workouts in the afternoon. On top of that, clearing the emails and sorting some admin. I achieved what I set out to do.
