My 30 Day Goal is
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.
Current Thought:
A weekend of two halves. Saturday was all about the energy, Sunday seemed to be all about the relaxing. Yesterday, after a good start with a healthy breakfast smoothie and some indoor stepping, followed by a swift walk into town and back for ringing, then it all went downhill. I did the ironing and we had roast lamb for Easter Sunday Lunch, followed by millionaire cheesecake. Lunch was quite late and at 4pm C decided it was tea and biscuit time. Followed that with half of my massive Hotel Chocolat Easter Egg, to the point of feeling sick but still shoving it in. At 7.30pm he then decides its cheese and crackers time. I wasn’t even the remotest bit hungry, but ate out of habit. Then I was either scrolling, reading, gaming or watching tv. I did not get up off the sofa all afternoon, or evening. I barely drank any water, having had lots of coffee, wine with dinner, mint tea and a Baileys. I went to bed feeling bloated, sugar induced, and achy from sitting still for hours. It took me ages to get comfortable and to sleep.
Current Emotion
Disgusted.
Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
gets back up when she slips.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Today will be another fresh start. A Bank Holiday to spend preparing nutritious, healthy foods for the week ahead, and plenty of time for exercise.
I feel:
More committed and determined.
I do:
1) (body) Day 1 of juicing for breakfast.
2) (mind) Reinstate intentions for healthy living.
3) (soul) Preparing good food, and exercising.
Future Self Pep Talk:
You have mastered the art of living in the moment and enjoying where you are, then returning to healthy lifestyle and habits. One day off every now and then doesn’t derail you from the overall goal.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
You learn the hard way. Over indulgence in processed and sugary foods left you feeling bloated, uncomfortable and mildly nausiated. You’ll learn to reduce that, and respect your body more whilst still enjoying treats.
