My 30 Day Goal is
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
Ready to tackle a new working week with positivity and motivation. I still don’t have much to do, but aim to push for results that will move things on. Data that were promised a few weeks back that still haven’t arrived needs to be provided now as a matter of urgency. Renewed vigour to get these things over the live.

Current Emotion
Feisty.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is ready to hastle and hustle to get things done.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Holidays are over, time to get on with it.

I feel:
Feisty enough to start pushing for results.

I do:
1) (body) juice, healthy lunch and snacks, and exercise.
2) (mind) focus on active working.
3) (soul) Lunchtime walk and podcast.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Things only got done when you focused on them. Allowing other’s inertia to take the lead never achieved much.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Reading, food prep, healthy eating, juice day 1 for breakfast, two workouts and a walk around a historic house. Good use of a Bank Holiday.
