My 30 Day Goal i
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
End of another week. Already my working week is on it’s last day. Three days only this week. I could get used to not being at work. Of course, that’s what I’m planning for, and early retirement next year is my signature goal. To take early retirement when I’m 55. To that end I’ve made another contribution to my personal pension plan. I added another £7,000 last night. It’s frightening how quickly its coming round though. To leave next February /March, I have to hand my notice in in November. That’s only a little over 6 months away. I’ll just have to stick it out until then.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is upbeat, joyful, happy and relaxed.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Nearly the end of the week. Check in day on Saturday and looks like there will be a shift in stats this time, looking forward to meeting a friend for lunch tomorrow and a quietish weekend.

I feel:
Lively.

I do:
1) (body) juice, healthy eating, walk and workout.
2) (mind) reading something new.
3) (soul) positive, perky and pleasant.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Making future plans, and financing them, allowed you to follow your desires and enter the next season of life comfortably to do the things you wanted to. Listening and responding to your inner most desires helped you relax and become the person you did.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
2L of water, 30 minute barre burn workout, productive, positive meeting with great outcome.
