My 30 Day Goal i
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.
Current Thought:
I was due to meet with a friend today for lunch. I haven’t seen her since last year. I’d got it all planned when and where to meet and I was excited to see her and catch up with her. This morning she’s messaged to say she can’t come because she’s got a chest infection and been up all night, she’s trying to get a GP appointment for today. I’m disappointed that I won’t get to see her and have a lovely few hours out. But when one door shuts, another opens, so I’ll turn the day around into something more positive instead.

I think:
I have plenty of admin that needs doing, and can workout later on, do some reading etc. I won’t waste the day.
I feel:
there’s an opportunity to get other things done instead.
I do:
1) (body) final workout in this cycle before check in tomorrow morning.
2) (mind) turn the day around into something positive.
3) (soul) don’t let the disappointment derail me into inaction and self pity.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Learning how to cope with disappointments, and last minute changes in plans has left you more adaptable and self preserving.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
2l of water, a hard workout, ordered a heavier kettlebell and heavier set of dumbbells, and lost 3lbs. All looking good for check in tomorrow.
