My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
I’ve really found my rhythm and enthusiasm for nutritional food and exercise. Despite what should have been a rest day yesterday, I was excited with my check in stats and the new recipes and workouts, I decided I needed to try one of the workouts straight away. Ringing was good in the morning, and I rang the proposed method twice, from different bells, so was pleased by that. I’d had a healthy lunch and had been reading for a while when I decided to tackle the first workout in the new cycle. It was an ascending dumbbell ladder so I stayed with the 5kgs for this first go through. I kept up, move for move, and only swapped out the full burpees for walkout half burpees near the end. A super healthy dinner and plenty of water and this morning’s scales are the lowest they’ve been since I’ve been on the Body Coach. Very excited.

I think:
I’ve found my space now, and can then choose healthy options.

I feel:
Energised.

I do:
1) (body) today will be a rest day of sorts, stepping, ringing, chores, food prep and a meeting, so little time to workout.
2) (mind) focus on today’s meeting and progression.
3) (soul) set myself up for a good week ahead.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Feeling and seeing the change in body shape and fitness and strength so you can be healthier with vitality.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Scales said 180 lbs this morning. Lowest I’ve been in years. All the other stats show improvement since I’ve had these scales and I feel so much lighter and leaner.
