Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Ready for a working week ahead. Food all prepped, New clothes for work ordered in a smaller size. Workouts planned. Just hope there’s something interesting to do during the day time.

I’m being discussed at tomorrow’s senior team away day whilst they try and find me something to do.
I feel:
like a problem no one can be bothered to solve because they know I intend to leave next year.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast. Ringing later.
2) (mind) find ways to keep myself busy.
3) (soul) find ways to do good.

You always pushed for clarity around your role and didn’t let up making it known you were available.

All chores done. All food prepped. Juices juiced. Exec meeting held, nothing untoward happened.
