Deflated

My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
Despite having been pretty good all last week with hydration, eating and exercise, what I’d lost by the end of the week has gone back on again today. I know last week also included the lead up to my period but even so.

Current Emotion
Deflated.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
sticks to her meal and exercise plans.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I need to up the water intake a little more, it’s slipped a bit but still hitting target. I haven’t fully tracked calories for a couple of days either.

I feel:
satiated all the time, so no need for extras.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast and workout before ringing later.
2) (mind) a couple of meetings to keep me busy and probably some reading.
3) (soul) maybe a coffee catch up with a colleague if she’s on site.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Setting your wardrobe up for elegant style left you with a defined classic style and elegant pieces for all occasions.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Another new juice combo tried. Quite refreshing and full of vitamins and fibre.
