Waiting

My 30 Day Goal is:
Drink at least 2 litres water at least 5 days a week.

Current Thought:
Looking forward to a long weekend with not much to do, except on Monday. Good opportunity to clear some admin, declutter some space and swap winter and summer wardrobes over. Excited to remind myself what sumner outfits I can put together as well as remove any items that no longer fit me or my style.

Current Emotion
Waiting. For news about any work I could do, and for another long weekend.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
For next month I’m going to concentrate on decluttering space, clothes and mind.

I feel:
Ready to shift into summer with purpose and excitement.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast and workout this evening.
2) (mind) find a new book to read.
3) (soul) refresh outlook and engage positivity.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Leaning into your core values every time you face a challenge has kept you authentic and in touch with what matters to you most.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
New dumbbells and kettlebell arrived yesterday. Did a 20 min strength and core session and just used 7.5kgs throughout. Lifting heavier even if its fewer reps to start with.
