My 30 Day Goal is:
Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.
Current Thought:
Enjoyed my massage yesterday and a more chilled out day. Achieved completion of one of the larger pieces of admin I had outstanding, then C let me drive him to the hospital for his MRI scan in the afternoon. No workout anyway because of massage, and probably just as well. Tops of thighs hurt when I walk although Ok when I go up and down stairs, squat and get in and out of chairs. I may try a gentle (!) workout later today or just concentrate on upper body.

I am a woman who:
swaps her winter and summer wardrobes over, removing any items that no longer fit my size or style. Bagging up what I no longer need ready to take to J’s next weekend.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will enjoy the process of seeing what outfits I have available to me for summer.
I feel:
Excited about clearing out chunky jumpers and thick clothing for light and airy clothes that will show off my new body shape.
I do:
1) (body) a gentle workout later to test the legs.
2) (mind) prepare some more admin to clear some outstanding tasks.
3) (soul) take time to look through my clothes collection and make sure it truly reflects the woman I am.

Curating your wardrobe so it reflects the woman you are demonstrates to yourself and others that you are worthy of being feminine and elegant as well as stylish and joyful.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
The piece of admin I completed yesterday had been hanging around a while and was something I thought was going to be one of those bitty, horrible jobs. It turned out to be very easy and simple, with only a couple of minor changes to a couple of documents. They are all now ready to be sharedwider for sign off, then uploaded to the website.
