Nervous

My 30 Day Goal is:
Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.

Current Thought:
Apart from chores, I didn’t really do much yesterday. No indoor stepping before ringing, no workout later in the day, and barely any admin. I did clear all the ironing and do my food prep for the week ahead. Today is Bank Holiday and the Association AGM so a slightly hectic kinda day, but I am taking my juice breakfast and a snack with me to help try to avoid biscuits and cake.

Current Emotion
Nervous.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is stepping up to help out again.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I can’t sit by and watch the Association suffer through lack of other people’s committment. I have made it very clear the terms in which I’ll help this year.

I feel:
Capable of adding this to my list, given all the simultaneous roles I’ve held in the past. I’m confident and experienced at this sort of thing.

I do:
1) (body) No opportunity to exercise today, will just have to manage with a bit of walking and ringing.
2) (mind) manage my mind around others who frustrate or trigger.
3) (soul) deep breath and smile. Be happy.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Your experience and skills in leading projects and activities has always made you an amazing organiser. Your ability to bring things and people together is legendary.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Sticking to my guns around food prep for the week ahead. Making sure that includes the Bank Holiday, to avoid going off course.
