Resistance

My 30 Day Goal is:
Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.

Current Thought:
Another day of not a lot happening at work. A couple of meetings and a quick flurry of emails, then silence. Today will be even worse. Only one meeting later this afternoon. And I have so much other stuff I need to do at home that would be such a better use of my time.

Current Emotion
Resistance.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
Resists the urge to argue back.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will reconcile with another week on non-progress as far as workouts, healthy eating and admin at home goes. So much going on this week.

I feel:
So long as I have it all documented, I’ll manage.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) (mind) SOSI coaching call catch up.
3) (soul) an evening at the theatre for some laughs with colleagues.

Future Self Pep Talk:
You really learned to manage your mind around people and whilst not totally repressing your own feelings, controlled them and learned to use other language to respond calmly.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
25min resistance band workout last night. The only workout I’ll get done this week.
