Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.
Current Thought:
Back to life, reality and routine now. Lovely weekend with J and A walking, ringing, eating etc, but time now to knuckle down and get some serious admin done both for the Association and CCCBR. Time also to double down on workouts and healthy eating. No more excuses of going out or too busy. Will be planning the week ahead and include the weekends which is usually where I fall down and undo whatever good I managed to achieve.

I can complete the AGM minuites for review today, and have a first stab at drafting out the exhibitor spaces.

3) (soul) nourish with healthy, clean food, and get some tough admin completed.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Because I kept me a plan most of the weekend I only put on 1lb which will come of pretty easily. Then it’s all senses into managing intake and exercise.
