My 30 Day Goal is:
Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.

Current Thought:
Actually had some work to do yesterday. Helping out by removing accesses for people who’ve left. Mind numbing, repetetive and requires no skill, but at least its something constructive to do. Very excited when one of our learners cried off with a migraine. One is an holiday and the other doing exams, so that meant we didn’t need to leave early and I could fit in a 20min workout. Then, there were only 9 of us for ringing so it was all easy, basic stuff, and no one to go to the pub with so an early night back home. Brilliant.

Current Emotion
Light.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
gets eversised through action and activity.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I will continue with this piece of work, and some other admin today, enjoy the sunshine.

I feel:
Back on track.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast. Ringing later.
2) (mind) having work to do and planning exhibitors layout.
3) (soul) positive vibes in body and mind.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Healthy eating, exercise and focus has helped continue a positive outlook.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
20 mins heavy dumbbell workout. Used 7.5kgs throughout except the overhead thrusters.
