My 30 Day Goal is:
Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.
Current Thought:
A successful day all round yesterday. Completed a task I’d been given to help out another team, then discussed it with a senior colleague about if it could be automated and put that proposal forward. A 30 min heavy weight dumbbell workout and stuck with my 7.5kgs throughout. Then prepped, uploaded and issued the papers for the Trustee meeting on Saturday. Then planned for a totally on plan week ahead.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Last working day of the week. A mixed bag of a weekend ahead with ringing, meetings and eating out.
I feel:
I’m looking forward to having things to do, but equally the downtime in between.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast. Workout tonight.
2) (mind) prepping for a potentially difficult conversation tonight.
3) (soul) knowing I have good food and exercise planned.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Preparing well in advancel meant you weren’t flustered or anxious about heeding into meetings where several people do get a bit over zealous.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
The workout I did yesterday was tough. I didn’t do as many reps, but I did all the moves, with my 7.5kgs dumbbells. Really felt it across the tops of my arms last night, but all seems ok this morning.
