Buzzing

My 30 Day Goal is:
Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.

Current Thought:
Busy but fruitful day ahead. Started it well with a 15min HIIT workout. The Big 5 it’s called: running on the spot, squat jumps, mountain climbers, reverse lunges and burpees. I didn’t fancy another weighted session after yesterday, feeling that in my triceps and deltoids and needing to work out early so not quite awake yet. It was fast and fun. I did the first and last round of burpees but more running for the second round! That’s set me up for a positive day of admin this morning, and a meeting later followed by ringing and dinner out. The scales also registered an excellent number this morning. 180lbs. Lowest I’ve been in years.

I think:
I’ve set myself up in a positive frame of mind, I have a plan of what I want to achieve today.

I feel:
Energetic, positive, motivated.

I do:
1) (body) an early 15 mins HIIT to set the day up.
2) (mind) list of what I want to achieve today.
3) (soul) doing things I enjoy, exercise, healthy eating, admin, ringing and seeing friends.

Future Self Pep Talk:
When you thought of what your dream (every) day would look like, today was pretty much it. A good mix of various things. This is what your retirement could look like.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Almost talked myself out of a workout this morning, but got up, put the gear on and pressed play. Listened to my body and rested the strength today and focused on raising the heartrate instead.
