Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.
Current Thought:
Had a brilliant day yesterday. Almost a perfect every day kind of day. Got so much admin done in the morning, not everything I’d set out to do, but certainly the bulk of it, and a few more bits I hadn’t listed. Felt so good to have achieved all that I managed. Food was totally on plan for the early part of the day allowing myself a bit of freedom in the evening out. Met some friends from Wales for some ringing before having a lovely dinner out with them. Was expecting the scales to reflect that this morning, but thrilled to see it go down again, even if only by 0.2lbs. I’ll take it.

I have everything together and have done everything I could, ahead of the meeting, to ensure everyone has what they need.
I feel:
It will be interesting to see how the new Master chairs the meeting and how others react.
I do:
1) (body) giving myself grace because everything feels heavy this morning. Walk into town will do for today.
2) (mind) being fully prepared for this afternoon.
3) (soul) nourishing my body with good, healthy food.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Preparation has always put you in a good place to be able to fulfil admin activities promptly. It allowed you time during the meeting to actively listen and participate.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Really pleased with how much I achieved yesterday. It included lots of little things that were niggly things that needed to be got out of the way. I felt a real sense of achievement, success and satisfaction afterwards.
