My 30 Day Goal is:
Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.
Current Thought:
Glad I listened to my body yesterday. Walked into town and bought myself some flowers and summer tshirts. Got myself ready for the Trustee’s meeting in the afternoon then relaxed for a little while. The meeting went ok considering it was the new Master’s first in the chair. Several of us went for drinks afterwards. Then I had a late meeting with someone in Australia to discuss a fallout between two parties and how it could be resolved. I think we found a way forward.

I’ll set myself up for a productive day of admin and chores and food prep for the week ahead.
I feel:
Excited to have a purpose again.
I do:
1) (body) walk into town and ringing twice today.
2) (mind) set myself up for success.
3) (soul) allow myself a short restbite to recharge.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Being in tune with your body has helped you gain strength and improve your health. Knowing when to rest or when to push has given your body time to heal and prepare to go again.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Another lb off overnight. 179lbs now. Need to keep it off ahead of next weekends check in.
