Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.
Current Thought:
Another busy, busy day yesterday. Two lots of walking into town for ringing, two weeks worth of ironing done, food prep for this week done, finished the draft Minutes from Saturday, had a meeting in the evening, then sat down. Was good to keep busy, but am feeling tired this morning. Scales have caught up with me now, putting the 2lbs I lost back on.

Todays Standard:

is interested to learn about a possible new project at work. That’ll be the second new project I may be taking on, and not with my own team.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’m ready to return to active work at work and keen to see what the options are.
I feel:
Tired, but ready for a good day ahead.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast.
2) (mind) learn about new projects I could get involved in.
3) (soul) healthy, nutritious food prepped for the week.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Keeping active and mentally busy has kept you physically and mentally strong, and given you purpose. Not allowing yourself to become lazy, or not to learn and grow meant your latter years were still full of adventure.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Very productive day yesterday. Barely sat down all day, and even then I was doing something towards clearing my actions.
