My 30 Day Goal is:
Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.
Current Thought:
It’s amazing how resilient the body is. Yesterday I’d put on 2lbs, today it’s gone again. May have had too much sodium over the weekend and it flushed out yesterday. I’m really getting more in tune with my bodily responses to foods and how much water I drink every day. I did manage a quick 15min cardio sports workout before ringing last night too.

3) (soul) eat well, exercise and drink plenty of water.
Future Self Pep Talk:
You spent so long having to find ways fill your day with purpose at work, when you retire you’ll have skills to create a purposeful day doing things you enjoy.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Rather pleased learners practice got cancelled last night and I could sneak in a workout. Starting the week with exercise helps frame the rest of the week.
