My 30 Day Goal is:
Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.
Current Thought:
Not really finding the right energy to do my cycle workouts this week, opting instead for short 15-20 mins Cardio HIIT so far. At least it’s something, and elevates my heart rate. I will have time to do a longer one this evening, I’ll have a look through and see what I feel like doing.

I have the interview packs printed off, and the question sheets. At least I won’t be rushing around last minute trying to do it all.
I feel:
Relaxed.

1) (body) proper workout later, unlikely to get to go for a walk today.
2) (mind) prepared for a day of interviews.
3) (soul) look for nutritious meals and plan for next week.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Took learners to Sandon last night. They both rang something they’d not tried before. They quite enjoy going there when we can’t ring at the Cathedral.
