My 30 Day Goal is:
Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.
Current Thought:
Lots to get done this weekend. Lots of admin that MUST get done, C wants to change some ropes at the Cathedral this morning, I need to fit in a last workout before check in tomorrow, And an early dinner before heading to West Ham to do a teaching assessment. That’s just today.
Current Emotion
Calm.

keeps calm and composed when there’s lots to get done, and has a plan.

I think:
Take one thing at a time. Finish that before starting something else.
I feel:
Composed and ready for a productive weekend.
I do:
1) (body) walk into town, and final AC+8 cycle workout.
2) (mind) keep tasks manageable and check off the list.
3) (soul) find time to relax and read.

Working to a 30 day goal, to get you to your signature goal was a great way to keep focused and on track.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Another slight loss meaning, fingers crossed tomorrow will see a 3lb loss this cycle. I think the juices and blends have definitely helped kick start things again, as well as lighter summer meals.
