My 30 Day Goal is:
Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.

Current Thought:
Didn’t get any admin done yesterday. C’s job up the Cathedral took all morning, so by the time we got home and had lunch I had lost my mojo and couldn’t get back to it. However, I did have a great rest of the day. It started with a new recipe from the BC App for breakfast, another one for lunch and I stuck to my pre prepared snack. My new workout top arrived, so I wore that to do a graduate plan workout, super hard, but great fun. A light, early dinner before going to West Ham to do someone’s teaching assessment. Got back here around 10.30pm so pretty much fell asleep from there.

Current Emotion
Thrilled.

Todays Standard:

can lose weight easily.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
New workouts to try now I’ve checked into the next cycle.

I feel:
Amazing, slim, fit and healthy.

I do:
1) (body) walk into town later, maybe a new cycle workout.
2) (mind) Exec & WG Leads meeting this morning, maybe more admin afterwards.
3) (soul) read, learn and relax.

Future Self Pep Talk:
You are capable of eating healthily, making better choices and learning to love your body. It will thank you later.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Lost 3lbs this cycle, 2cms from chest, 2cms from waist and 1cm on each arm. Thrilled by that.
