My 30 Day Goal is:
Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.

Current Thought:
We didn’t get the peal yesterday. Not because I willed it but due to someone’s rope coming untucked and unringable. We’d been ringing for about 50 minutes, so too long to be able to start again. I was actually starting to enjoy it and would have been happy to continue. We ended up having a nice lunch out, then after doing my food prep, some reading and a nap, I did a leg workout. A chilled out evening and getting ready for back to work.

is ready for more work at work.

I think:
I have a busier day today.

I feel:
Engaged and ready to take on more.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast. Evening workout.
2) (mind) engaging meetings and follow through actions.
3) (soul) good, healthy food prepped to get back to it.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Creating space in your living area creates space in your mind and allows new thoughts to enter.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Moved £374.70 left over from last month into savings account. Now have to work into June’s 30 day of not spending anything on clothes or jewellry.
