Declutter my corner of the lounge and swap winter/summer wardrobes.
Current Thought:
Good day yesterday. Project meetings, and a kick off conversation for a new project. I still had plenty of down time to fill, but hopefully that will start to get less and less. Did a 25 min dumbbell AMRAP workout. Not usually a fan of AMRAPs but quite enjoyed this one with a couple of modifications. It included doing 55 press ups which I was impressed with. Can definitely feel it in my glutes and arms this morning. Spent the rest of the evening relaxing as there was no learners practice this week.

More energised when I have purposeful work to do.

1) (body) lunchtime walk and podcast. Evening workout.
2) (mind) draft a business case this morning.
3) (soul) good food and hydration.

Making sure you have something purposeful to do helps you stay focused and energised.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Didn’t think I had DOMS from Monday’s leg workout until I started last nights with lunges and squats. Kept up with Joe throughout each set and bashed out 55 press ups in batches of 5. Really chuffed with that.
