My 30 Day Goal is:
No spending money on new clothes or jewellry.
Current Thought:
A good day at work with lots to actually do. Helped by a last minute invitation to a workshop. Felt I actually contributed something useful. A 25min HIIT cardio workout got me energised, then a quick bit of admin before settling down for the evening.

Todays Standard:

can look at clothes without feeling the impulse to buy.

I think:
I can look at websites and social media and get ideas on how to style what I have, without the need to buy more new stuff.
I feel:
Ready to change my body composition this summer, and really work hard to create a toned, strong frame.
I do:
1) (body) Lunchtime walk, evening workout.
2) (mind) opportunity for real, purposeful work and data gathering.
3) (soul) decide next weeks meal plans.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Building strong foundations on how to look after yourself in the next season of life means you have every chance of living a healthy and fulfilling life.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Data gathering and prepping information for a business case has been really interesting. Its given me something to do, and a focus.
