My 30 Day Goal is:
No spending money on new clothes or jewellry.

Current Thought:
Another quiet day. I did meet a former colleague for a coffee and caught up on some gossip and news. I did the BSC gang Summer Ready challenge workout, which was actually one from my current cycle. I really struggled with it though. I already felt lethargic and heavy, it was hot, and I couldn’t do as many rounds as I’d previously managed for that workout. I didn’t really feel any better afterwards. I felt fat and bloated most of the day. I’m experimenting with 12hr fasting, figured I sort of do it anyway between dinner and breakfast. Actually managed 13.5 hrs. Have decided now that as we are definitely going to Vancouver and Hawaii next May, that’s my goal to shed weight and get toned.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
can challenge her body to do hard things.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I now have the impetus to really focus on weightloss and toning.

I feel:
There’s no excuses now.

I do:
1) (body) Lunchtime walk and podcast, evening workout.
2) (mind) catch up on some new SOSI content.
3) (soul) prepare for the weekend.

Future Self Pep Talk:
A holiday trip of a lifetime is a reason to work harder at your goals but maintaining it was the challenge.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Despite feeling bloated, struggling with workout and generally feeling tired, managed to lose half a pound overnight. Every little helps.
