No spending money on new clothes or jewellry.
Current Thought:
Powered through the day yesterday. Completed a 17 hr fast with relative ease. It was interesting to learn how the body uses stored energy and after a longer period of fasting, how you actually become more energetic and alert. Can’t say as I particularly noticed that. However, I was on my feet, on the go all day. Walk, ringing, ironing, food prep and a workout, back to back until about 5pm. My feet were sore from all the standing but otherwise I felt ok. Disappointed with the scales this morning though.

Wears clothes from last summer that make her feel slim and sexy.

I’ve managed quite easily not to spend on clothes or jewelry this month. I don’t feel I’ve missed out particularly.
I feel:
Sexy in the outfits I have.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime work, workout before ringing.
2) (mind) get my head around what this week entails.
3) (soul) hoping for a call with R today to find out whats going on.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Remembering how you dress affects how you feel. Finding your elegant, casual look is important for relaxing in an elevated way.

Completed week 2 of the BSC gang Summer Ready challenge and made it onto the Wall of Sweat! Get through this week before next check in.
