My 30 Day Goal is:
No spending money on new clothes or jewellry.
Current Thought:
It must be the heat. Very tired lately, and everything aching. Or maybe that was the heavy kettlebells on Monday. That, and not having an awful lot to do during the day to relieve the boredom. It was all I could do to do a 15 min full body blast last night. I had intended to add on the 15 min abs as well, but didn’t feel like it in the end. We went to the district practice and apart from the district officers, and not all of them because it was their own practice night, we were the only other people there to support it. The locals got to ring everything they wanted to which was the main thing.

I think:
I have 3 days left until next check in and the weight has crept up again. Looks like I’m not going to hit any targets this time but will keep going. Its a marathon not a race.
I feel:
I’m feeling better, stronger and mostly fitter, so it’s not all about the scales.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk, workout this evening.
2) (mind) some cerebral work to do this morning.
3) (soul) menu planning day for next week. Always good to scan the recipes.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Not being fixated on the weight, but on how you feel and look makes for a better relationship with food.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Although it’s been very hot, at least it’s been sunny and sometimes breezy, making things more pleasant.
