Current Thought:
Of course I was wide awake really early yesterday. It was already hot when we left home at 7am. A nearly 3hr journey to Boston. The 196 steps didn’t actually bother me too much. Maybe all the squats and lunges have helped with that. Our test ringing was ok but not brilliant. Some spectacular views from the balcony. A lovely salad lunch in the nearby pub. I even went back up the 196 steps a second time to do some general ringing whilst we waited for the judging to complete. Despite it not being a particularly brilliant piece of ringing, we did actually win, and reasonably comfortably too. After the long drive home again, I sat and read, rested and went to bed early.

has another day of ringing socialising to do in the heat. Time to reallly put on the magnetic charm this time.

I will relax and hold my own space.
I do:
1) (body) walk into town for ringing this morning. Maybe get ahead with next week’s BSC gang workouts.
2) (mind) manage my mind around certain people.
3) (soul) prepare next week’s breakfasts, lunches and snacks to set myself up for a good week.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Obviously the big win was the competition yesterday but aside from that I chose healthy food options during the day insteed of cake and sweet stuff. The chicken and bacon salad at lunch time was delicious and very filling so that I didn’t really need anything else for the rest of the day.
