No spending money on new clothes or jewellry.
Current Thought:
As part of a scratch band at the district call change competition yesterday, We actually won, although we can’t take the trophy. It was a pleasant few hours on the green. After completing food prep when we got home, I really struggled to get comfortable. It was hot and muggy and my back was uncomfortable. A sure sign I’d been sitting down too much recently. Hopefully put that right this week and get some enthusiasm to move more.

Break out of the funk and find motivation to work, exercise, eat well, and communicate.

There are some folders I need to go through to get to understand a task I’ve been asked to do. I need to get a response from R as time is running out for her move.
I feel:
No one’s going to do it unless I do. I am the only one who can change my mindset and motivation.
I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Ringing this evening.
2) (mind) get myself out of this funk and get motivated.
3) (soul) begin again. Fresh week, fresh start.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Its good to recognise when you’re in a funk and need a little extra motivation to get out of it. Finding ways to do that and get your mojo back is important.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Our youngest learner came out to the picnic yesterday. He made a friend of another young ringer. Then he had a ring. The first time he’s rung anywhere other than at the cathedral.
