My 30 Day Goal is:
No spending money on new clothes or jewellry.
Current Thought:
A beautiful day yesterday, filled with exercise, fresh air, culture, travel, family and good (mostly) food choices. After a 30 min workout first thing, we travelled towards Bristol stopping off at Dyrham Park near Bath. A beautiful house and gardens, now run by the National Trust, the only sad part being it was originally built from profits of the slave trade. It had a really steep and long path from the carpark that afforded some excellent views of the surrounding countryside. Helped by it being a gorgeous sunny day. Once we’d arrived at our hotel, we met up with Big and Little E for dinner. They’re not staying in the same hotel, but one pretty close. I chose a chicken salad for dinner, athough I did also have 2 cocktails (2 for 1) and a pudding! All round a lovely day.

is looking forward to listening to some excellent ringing, seeing people I’ve not seen in a while, Generally relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere without the stress of participating.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I can use my magnetism to speak to a number of people in my capacity as Deputy President, but also just as friends and acquaintances.
I feel:
Relaxed and happy.
I do:
1) (body) a Leroy Elevates hotel room resistance band workout first thing. Walking into the city and around the church.
2) (mind) use opportunities to mix and mingle magnetically.
3) (soul) go with the flow and not stress over limited food and drink choices.
Future Self Pep Talk:
It is not enough to define your valves. You should follow them every day.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Completed my first Leroy Elevates workout. He’s one of the Body Coach trainers but has his own space too. He’s done a series of hotel room workouts using resistance bands, and various stretching routines. It only cost £22 but with a VIP discount it was only £17 so well worth the investment. Ideal for doing on holiday.
