My 30 Day Goal is:
Save at least £500.

Current Thought:
I’m stronger than I think. Despite it being the hottest day by far yesterday, 40 degrees in the office, I still did the BSC Summer Ready, week 5, Kettlebell workout. I was absolutely dripping. I only used the l0kgs as I was more concerned I’d drop it because of sweaty hands. I blasted through the workout with relative ease. Very much relished the cold shower afterwards. My body was still hot and sweaty when we went ringing again. I enjoyed the physical exursion after a sedentary day at the office. Lost another 2. 5lbs overnight too.

Current Emotion
Thrilled.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
sticks to her health plans regardless.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Sticking to the food, ridgedly over the last few days has helped get back on track. I’ve not had extra snacks, and have been drinking so much more water.

I feel:
Stronger and fitter.

I do:
1) (body) lunchtime walk. Workout this evening.
2) (mind) quiet day at the office, but meeting and admin later.
3) (soul) menu planning ready for next week.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Age might define the length of our journey, but it doesn’t have to define the quality.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
This is the quickest I’ve lost weight put on over an off plan weekend. Sticking ridgedly to plan and the hot weather definitely factors.
