Current Thought:
No sooner was I saying I felt stronger and fitter, than I really struggled with last night’s workout. I used 5kgs and had to drop to 3kgs for all the overhead presses. I struggled with the mountain climbers. My arms and shoulders just kept giving out. Let’s see how it goes this evening. An absolutely dull day at work with nothing to do. The evening meeting was much more productive though. C confirmed he’s booked our flights to Honolulu for next May. Need to book the outgoing to Vancouver and return from Seattle. Then worry about hotels or other accommodation. Very exciting trip of a lifetime.

Honolulu fights booked. This trip is real and happening. Very excited and grateful that C is doing all the leg work.
