Current Thought:
Is it wrong to be looking forward to a brief period of not having to go ringing in the evenings? For various reasons we won’t be able to have learners practice tonight, and there’ll be no practices on Monday, or Tuesday next week. My first thought went straight to “Oh good, I get to workout as much as I want”! Who even am I? That will be replaced the following week by our annual ringing holiday, so all ringing and not much exercise, but I’ll worry about that later.

3) (soul) keep reminding myself this won’t last forever.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Yesterday, I did 4 sets of 15 reps, of 4 moves aimed at strengthening my shoulders, upper arms and chest area. I did them at random times throughout my day, at my desk. Each set only look 3 mins to complete. I’m going to try to remember to do these each day in the hope they help with upper body moves, but also holding planks and mountain climbers etc.
