Current Thought:
Had an excellent day out with R yesterday. Went to the Jewel House near Westminster Abbey, then Wellington Arch, and Apsley House. Walked through most of Hyde Park to look around both Serpentine galleries before walking all the way back thorough Hyde Park to Picadilly and Soho before eating at the Flat Iron Steak house. Superb dinner. R was on good form, the stress of last week gone. We walked nearly 11 and a half miles. Was lovely doing things R enjoyed. Very hot and tired by the time we got back home.

Works out early, then spends the day employing magnetic charm around ringers and enjoying the competition ringing.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I can be relaxed around people and enjoy the day, even though I did have some role to do throughout the day.

I feel:
Relaxed about only having to ring once all day, and I get to chat to all sorts of people.

I do:
1) (body) early workout, short bit of ringing later.
2) (mind) can chat with people about all sorts of things.
3) (soul) relax and enjoy the day.

Future Self Pep Talk:
You can relax around others and be your authentic self.
