My 30 Day Goal is:
Save at least £500.

Current Thought:
Long time in the car yesterday. We had a couple of very brief comfort stops but didn’t get to walk around until we’d nearly reached our destination. A quick walk around a local park before the only ring of the day at Nelson. A difficult set of bells that C and another had to do a quick safety check on first before we could ring. From there we arrived at our hotel and decided to eat there rather than go with some of the others to various other places. Several of us all met up for drinks afterwards and there was some good camaraderie. Need to workout and learn some methods in the morning.

Current Emotion
Raring.

Todays Standard:
I am a woman who:
is going to have fun and not let certain people fluster her. I’m going to workout with resistance bands first thing, relearn some methods for the day, and enjoy the company.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
it’s a great opportunity to charm the room with magnetic presence.

I feel:
I’m ready to go and rise above the mind chatter.

I do:
1) (body) resistance band workout and lots of ringing.
2) (mind) control any mind chatter and relearn methods.
3) (soul) go with the flow and enjoy the day.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Don’t stop being curious, you never know what secret you will uncover about the universe or yourself.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Had some lovely, lively conversations yesterday. Someone else bought me a drink and had some laughs.
