My 30 Day Goal is:
Save at least £500.

Current Thought:
Fab day yesterday. Rang a method I hadn’t done in a while, as well as others I don’t get to ring all that regularly. Lunch time food was good and all out in good time. I took the official tour photo so I didn’t have to be in it, then stood my ground by refusing to be in a past Master’s photo. I don’t like having my photo taken, I don’t want my photo taken and refuse to pander to someone else’s insistance that I MUST be in it… This person is used to getting their own way so were a bit put out that I didn’t comply. The evening curry was excellent. The Restaurant had only been open a couple of months and were very attentive, helpful and gave us a huge discount and free Bailey’s. I need to encourage everyone to give them a good review. C and I walked to and from the restaurant. It took about half on hour each way but it was nice to got a walk in.

Pleased.

is enjoying herself, chatting to others, laughing and not worrying about what anyone else thinks.

Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
Looking forward to a light lunch and some more free time. Not so many towers today as there’s more driving required.

I feel:
I’m proud of how I have felt, and behaved this weekend, and how I’ve managed my mind around certain people, and just been more me.

I do:
1) (body) resistance band workout and lots of ringing. Check in to next cycle.
2) (mind) decide what method to focus on today.
3) (soul) keep the good vibes coming.

Future Self Pep Talk:
Every action you take has a consequence for you or someone else. The more deliberate you are about your actions, the better the results they’ll produce.

Celebrations/Gratitudes:
Managed a 20 min resistance band workout every morning in hotel room so far. Checked into the next cycle today, even though I won’t be able to do anything for the next week. New recipes might give me ideas what to eat over the next few days though.
