Save at least £500.
Current Thought:
Early resistance band workout. Breakfast took 50 mins to arrive, allegedly an issue with the cooker. We spent the best part of 6 hrs wandering around Chatsworth House and gardens. We were last there in 2008 with R. The Cascade wasn’t operational; partly due to lack of rain to fill its feeder lake and partly due to needed repairs and upgrade. The weather stayed dry all day. Rest back in our room before our final holiday dinner.

I am a woman who:
is looking forward to being back home in familiar surroundings and in my own bed. I’ve enjoyed being away but I’m ready to go home now.
Todays Sweet Spot:
I think:
I’ll complete food menu choices for the week ahead so we can do a food shop either today or tomorrow. Get back on track with healthier food and hydration.
I feel:
Ready to get back to normal life.
I do:
1) (body) quick abs workout.
2) (mind) manage the chatter going on in my heed about preparations for the CC AGM.
3) (soul) back to life, back to reality.
Future Self Pep Talk:
Information must not only be learned but also translated into meaningful words. Theoretical knowledge is useless if you can’t transfer it to practice.
Celebrations/Gratitudes:
I’m grateful for having had a holiday. There hasn’t been any awkward moments, sulks, snips or grumpiness. I’ve said what I wanted to say, been myself and laughed loudly.
